Free Secure Shipping

All Divine Box orders within the United States are eligible for free secure ground shipping with no minimum value needed. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 hours, after which you will receive an email letting you know the order has been shipped.

All Divine Box orders are shipped through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. To guarantee that you receive your items efficiently and safely. We ensure that:

  1. All deliveries are made to a physical home or business address. We do not send shipments to a PO Box address

30-Day Free Return Policy

All Divine Box orders are eligible for returns and free return shipping within 30-days of receiving the item. If you need to make a return, please contact us at hello@divinebox.com with your order number. We will then provide you instructions on how to pack the item and send a prepaid USPS, UPS, or FedEx label for your return shipment determined on the eligibility of your item for return.

Once we have received the item, we will send you confirmation of its arrival, its eligibility, and refund. Your refund will exclude any expedited shipping charges beyond our typical complimentary domestic ground shipping that were selected during purchase. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include the original packaging. Non-refundable items include customized or engraved products and products and packaging that have been altered or damaged as determined by our sole discretion. 

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@divinebox.com and we will follow up with you on details of how to get the refund process started. 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and she/he will find out about your return.
